Renaissance Inc. and Shiseido Japan Co., Ltd. are collaborating to support cancer patients by improving their quality of life (QOL) through beauty and exercise initiatives. Their latest event, the “Post-Summer Skincare Seminar,” saw over 300 participants learning about skincare and wellness.
Improving Cancer Patients’ Quality of Life with Beauty and Exercise
Renaissance Inc. has been actively working to enhance the QOL of cancer patients. In 2019, they established the “Renaissance Cancer Exercise Support Center” at the Osaka International Cancer Institute, offering tailored exercise programs for cancer patients under the guidance of certified cancer exercise specialists, both online and in person.
In addition, Renaissance has partnered with Shiseido Japan Co., Ltd. to provide beauty support. Shiseido’s “Life Quality Beauty Program” offers skincare and makeup guidance to cancer patients dealing with appearance changes due to treatment side effects, helping them regain their confidence. The “Post-Summer Skincare Seminar” introduced skincare methods suitable for those undergoing cancer treatment, receiving positive feedback from participants.
Renaissance and Shiseido plan to continue hosting seminars with a focus on “Beauty and Exercise” to support cancer patients in maintaining both mental and physical well-being, helping them lead fuller, more enriching lives.
