Recycled Plastic for Sustainable Cleaning and CO2 Reduction
In response to growing demands for a circular economy, the cleaning industry is increasingly focusing on sustainable product development. Kärcher Japan’s latest model, the “T 11/1 Classic Re!Plast,” incorporates 60% recycled materials in its plastic components to reduce waste and conserve petroleum resources. Engineered for durability and lightweight handling, the product also enhances operational efficiency for users.
Throughout its lifecycle, this model aims to minimize environmental impact, with end-of-life recycling compatibility. Additionally, the optional HEPA filter enables air quality control during cleaning, making it suitable for use in hospitals, care facilities, hotels, and various other settings.
Despite the use of recycled plastic, the model meets rigorous durability standards, ensuring robust performance comparable to other commercial cleaners. This product is designed to withstand diverse environments and features a lightweight body and floor nozzle to reduce user strain.
Kärcher intends to expand its lineup of environmentally friendly products, further contributing to the realization of a sustainable society.
